In order to assist us in helping you solve your GED-i technical difficulty, provide as much information as possible below. If you are unsure of the information, just leave the field blank.
When submitting a request, you will need to provide the email address, along with the login and password for your GED-i account. You will receive an automated email to notify you that your issue has been reported to the technical staff. If you have not received an automated email within 30 minutes, please contact the technical staff directly at support@cait.org.
